Value of On-Call Service Plan

When your staff is slowed down by problems:

It is reassuring for your users and relief to your staff when you announce that a senior consultant has been called to help. Besides, a new problem to some could be an old problem for others. Sometimes all it takes is to ask pertinent questions. This is where your $150 and our experience are put to good use!


For $150 per Month you get:

Unless you explicitly authorize us to carry out work you commit your company for the minimum only: $150 per month for 2 hours of professional services. We can "tele-commute" to your site within minutes, any hour of the day/night, any day of the week (within reason, subject to our agreement / On-Call Schedule).

Let's face it, two hours is not much. It is a small monthly insurance premium to assure quick access to help should you need it. Quite likely you will set some money aside for when you need our services. How you allocate it is up to you! We anticipate that from time to time you may want us to:

We will exercise the connection at least once a month, either as part of the work you ask us to do, or just to test the connection and the setup (password expiry, RACF rule changes, TSO dataset archiving, all that)
