Major corporations have trusted us and still do.
We never abused that trust and we never will.
For our own protection we ask you to limit access to what we need. In any case, to work on your programs and systems we almost never need access to your production data.

Service Contract / Agreement

The prerequisites for that are trust and a "tele-commute" connection: Before any On-Call Service arrangement can function it may take several weeks: Getting to know your systems and staff will make us more effective! It is best to get started in just one place, e.g. the Order System. Alternatively, We might get called certain nights when any production fails. Our mission would be more general, identify the problem, fix it or call the appropriate resource to take over.
